Data Stewardship & Governance.
Effective March 17, 2026. This document outlines how SeoulSurvey manages sensitive information while delivering high-signal survey analytics and research insights for our global partners.
Our Commitment
Privacy is not an add-on; it is the foundation of reliable statistical integrity.
At SeoulSurvey, we recognize that the value of our research depends entirely on the trust of our participants and clients. We operate under a strict framework of data minimization—collecting only what is necessary to produce accurate survey analytics. This policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our digital platform and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Data Collection Channels
While providing professional research services, we interact with data through several distinct pathways:
- Direct Participant Input: Information provided during active survey participation, including demographic markers and qualitative responses required for statistical weighting.
- Client Account Management: Business contact details including names, corporate email addresses (e.g., info@seoulsurvey.digital), and organizational roles used for project coordination.
How Your Information Fuels Insights
We process information to extract actionable intelligence without compromising individual identity.
Analytic Processing
Transforming raw responses into anonymized survey analytics to help businesses make informed strategic decisions based on real-world trends.
Security Validation
Utilizing technical data to verify response authenticity and block bot-driven interference within our survey environments.

Managing project status updates, service notifications, and essential administrative correspondences with our professional clientele.
Disclosure and Sharing
SeoulSurvey does not sell personal datasets to third-party marketers. Disclosure occurs only under specific, audited circumstances:
