SeoulSurvey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our survey analytics tools for business decision-making and professional research purposes. This access is contingent upon your compliance with all local and international regulations governing digital data handling.

You agree not to interfere with the operational integrity of the platform or attempt to bypass any security measures designed to protect our infrastructure. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary insights engine is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service.

Accuracy is the cornerstone of our platform. While SeoulSurvey provides advanced statistical research capabilities, the quality of results depends significantly on the parameters provided by the user. You are responsible for ensuring that all data sets uploaded to the platform are obtained legally and ethically.

We reserve the right to audit anonymized usage patterns to maintain our verification standards and optimize system performance. Any data found to be fraudulent, malicious, or in violation of third-party privacy rights will be removed from our servers without prior notice.

Your credentials are the primary key to your proprietary data. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. SeoulSurvey cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must notify our support team at info@seoulsurvey.digital immediately. Accounts identified with shared credential patterns may be flagged for review to prevent data leakage.

All content, algorithms, interface designs, trade names, and methodologies present on the SeoulSurvey platform remain the exclusive property of SeoulSurvey. You retain ownership of the raw data you input; however, the structured insights and analytical models generated through our unique processing layers are governed by your specific subscription tier.

Use of the "SeoulSurvey" name or logo for promotional purposes requires express written consent from our corporate office in Kuala Lumpur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoulSurvey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our survey analytics services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the event.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we strive for 99.9% uptime for our enterprise partners.
